Under Personal data backup history, tap the date or folder name you want to restore from. Choose the types of data and media you want to copy from your storage card, and then tap Restore. Remove the battery, wait for a few seconds, then reinsert the battery. Press and hold the VOLUME UP button, and then press and hold the POWER button.
